Key replacement

For a key replacement, please fill out the form below. It is not necessary for your safe to be registered to request a replacement key.

Step 1: 

Complete the key request form. Our Customer Service Agents will use this information to see if a key replacement is available for your safe. Availability of keys may vary depending on model, but our Agents are happy to assist you.

Step 2:

A Customer Service Agent will get in touch with you via email.

Step 3:

If a replacement key is available, a Customer Service Agent will send you a PayPal link to make the payment for your key(s) using PayPal by following the instructions on the notarized request form. Key replacement orders are $20 by piece.

Step 4:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process. Be sure emails from gunvault.com on your safe sender list.

Please be aware that some keys maybe temporarily unavailable. We are doing our best to get them in as soon as possible.
